Our Story

One family. One recipe book. Two decades of puri.

RTI Pani Puri bag on a table with green chutney and filled puris

For years, the Indian snacks sold in American grocery stores were almost all imported — produced months before they reached the shelf, and preserved to survive the trip. In 2006, we decided stores and families deserved fresher, and started manufacturing in Texas.

Today RTI manufactures pani puri, papdi, gathiya, and spiced puris on our own lines and ships them within days of production — to Indian grocery stores across the country through our distributor partners. The difference shows up where it matters: the shells pop, the puri stays light, and nothing on the ingredient list is there to buy shelf life.

Twenty years in, we’re still family-run, and the standard hasn’t moved: if we wouldn’t serve it at our own table, it doesn’t leave the building.

Nothing artificial. Ever.

All natural

Real semolina, real wheat, real spices. Ingredient lists you can read out loud.

No artificial flavors

The cumin taste comes from cumin. The methi taste comes from methi. That’s the whole trick.

No artificial preservatives

Made fresh in the USA and moved fast to shelves — freshness is our preservative.
