RTI stands for Real Taste of India. It is our goal to give you the gift of food that tastes exactly like something you would eat back in India. We are a community-responsible goal-oriented company. We regularly donate our products to non-profit organizations and events.

We have been a family-owned and operated business since our opening, and we plan on staying that way. We started selling Pani Puri 20 years ago, made straight from our apartment kitchen. With the community's support and positive feedback, we have moved into a 20,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility that guarantees the same taste.

Quality is our top priority at RTI Snacks. We take pride in making all-natural products with no added preservatives and/or additives. Our products only consist of natural ingredients and go through an in-depth quality control process before being shipped.
It all started out when our founder, Manisha Patel, found herself longing for the familiar flavors of home. Unable to find authentic Pani Puri on the store shelves of Dallas, she saw an opportunity and embarked on a mission to bring a taste of India's streets to the heart of Texas.
Today, as the largest Pani Puri manufacturer in the US, our commitment to excellence remains unwavering. Our scale and tradition allows us to go from freshly milled Sooji to your kitchen table within a short period of time.
